  • We take pride in bringing in mostly Canadian-made furniture with customization options. Canadian manufacturing standards are higher than most other countries setting a high quality standard for pieces that last much longer. We do not deal with container products from overseas.

  • As long as you are inquiring about pieces from a supplier that we list on our site, we can likely bring in any of their products.

    With limited showroom space we are unable to carry everything our suppliers offer in our showroom.

  • The creation of your custom piece of furniture takes time as every part is made-to-order and assembled by artisan craftsmen.

    Depending on where the materials are being supplied from, it can take weeks or months for your sofa, chair, or other pieces of furniture to be completed.

  • Visit our showroom and have one of our expert sales associates guide you through selecting the right pieces, sizes, and finishes for your home.

    We can change the size, configuration, colour, and material of nearly every design.

    It is our goal to help you create a truly personal home that matches your style, budget, and the way you live.

  • Our in-house design expert, Sonica will assist you with room planning, layout, scale, colour, and select the right pieces for you & your family.

  • We primarily deal with Canadian-made domestic suppliers of furniture; however La-Z-Boy is manufactured in the USA and we have some case goods that are sourced worldwide.

  • Warranties vary by supplier. Please see the supplier page for more detailed information or consult your sales associate.

  • We have a service manager on staff that looks after any issues that may arise with your furniture and each issue is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • We sub-contract the delivery out to a third party therefore the charge for delivery is based on distance and time.

  • We can generally ship within a 500km radius for a delivery charge. Anything outside of this area may not be possible.

  • All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Financing can be arranged through Fairstone, and upon approval there is an applicable administration fee.
